Service agreement
The advantage of a service agreement is to reduce the risk of unplanned stops, extend the technical life of the machine and create predictability in maintenance work.
We design service agreements based on the machine's actual usage, technical status and production requirements, both for individual machines and entire production facilities.
Fixed-price service agreements
The service agreement defines which preventive measures should be carried out, with intervals adapted to the load, operating environment and age of the machine.
It may include:
Adjustments and settings
Replacement of wearing parts
Cleaning and inspection of critical systems
Recommendations for operator-related maintenance
Preventive maintenance reduces the risk of emergency breakdowns, but cannot eliminate them completely – especially in machines with high loads or age.
Regular technical review
The service agreement includes planned reviews where the machine's critical functions are checked and documented. The focus is on components where wear or failure quickly has consequences for precision and operational reliability.
Examples of control points:
-
Machine geometry, clearances and tolerances
-
Spindle, bearings and linear guides
-
Lubrication system, cooling and thermal stability
-
Hydraulics and pneumatics
-
Electrical and control systems
The aim is to detect deviations early, before they lead to production stoppages or consequential damage.
Other benefits
Priority support in case of operational disruptions
As a service contract customer with us, you are given priority in the event of operational problems.
Consulting
Documentation and follow-up
After each service intervention, the machine's status, actions taken and whether there are any identified risks are documented.
