Big Bore
The ST500 Series and ST1200 can be equipped with BigBore headstocks for processing drill pipes, piles and line pipes for the drilling/oil and gas industry.

Millturn
ST500/600/700 can be equipped with milling spindle & full 5-axis simultaneous machining capacity.
An 18kW milling spindle, with integrated motor spindle, is served by a tool magazine placed on top of the headstock to minimize tool change time and space requirements. Subspindle with 33kW, with chuck equipment according to customer needs.

Shaft/Crankshaft
The ST Series is used around the world for heavy and precise machining of various types of shafts. The machines are found in heavy industries such as automotive, defense, steel, mining and aerospace. For the manufacture of crankshafts, camshafts, drive shafts, piston rods and hydraulic cylinders.

CPC is the portal robot for unmanned production, streamline and put the responsibility for production on SMT's reliable CPC Robot.

It is possible to combine ATC and CPC robots on the same gantry and machine system to maximize your capacity.
ATC
ATC, the gantry robot for unmanned changing of advanced and long tools in the rear slide. Necessary for customers with many different tools in engagement, long lathe bars and very advanced internal machining. Also provides increased efficiency when drilling and milling.
